Billy Graham’s grandson, Will Graham, is an anointed evangelist. He visits Australia regularly to share the gospel in crusades held in regional centres. These crusades are known as ‘Reality Events'.
The visible part of a Reality Event is Will Graham preaching the Gospel. However, there is much preparation that goes on in the 3 months before an Event. We work with local churches in the communities where the Events are going to be held, training members to share their faith and to pray for their friends and family with our “Christian Life and Witness” course and “Operation Andrew”. The flow-on effects of the training are felt in the churches with members being encouraged and strengthened in their faith, and equipped with skills they will use for the rest of their lives.
William Franklin Graham IV (Bio)
Executive Director of the Billy Graham Training Centre at The Cove and Associate Evangelist of the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association
William Franklin Graham IV (Will) is the third generation of Grahams to proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ under the banner of the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association (BGEA). Will is the grandson of Billy Graham and the oldest son of Franklin Graham.
Will’s first crusade-style event took place in 2006 in Leduc, Canada. His first on US soil came later that year in Gastonia, NC.
Since then, he has held evangelistic outreaches in several states and provinces in the US in addition to multi-day outreaches in the US, the UK, the Philippines, Kenya, Canada, India, Australia and Thailand.
“I’m not trying to be the next Billy Graham; I’m just Will Graham,” says the ordained minister. “I have a burden in my heart to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ. If that’s to an arena full of people or one person on the street, I will do whatever God is calling me to do.”
Will also serves BGEA as executive director of the Billy Graham Training Centre at The Cove, Asheville, North Carolina. The Cove offers multi-day seminars on a variety of Christian subjects and features nationally-recognized speakers.
Will graduated from Liberty University in 1997 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Religion and in 2001 graduated from South-Eastern Baptist Theological Seminary with a Master of Divinity degree.
Will and his wife, Kendra, have two daughters, Christine Jane (CJ) and Rachel Austin, and a son, William Franklin Graham V (Quinn).
